Powercurber 5700D-Topcon mm GPS 3D Machine Control

Redmond Construction utilizes a Powercurber 5700 D with Topcon mm GPS 3D Machine Controls. This system can lay up to 4,000 linear feet of curb if the job allows. The machine has multiple molds on hand including 18”, 24'“ and 30” curb molds. Practically any mold profile can be produced and laid down by the machine including roll back curbs, sidewalks,. and turndown sidewalks.

The Topcon Millimeter GPS system is a state of the art system built for maximum placement accuracy. It uses the latest Topcon GPS technology for horizontal control along with a Millimeter rotary laser for vertical control. The system can be set up with multiple rotary lasers for continuous use over long distances. The system even allows the machine to tilt so the a neutral mold such as our 18” mold can be adjusted from catch curb to spill curbs along the same curb line.
